Delivery Information

Packaging:  All products are packaged in padded envelopes or card boxes which provide protection during transit.

Delivery:  Greeting cards: Unless otherwise stated, are despatched within 1 working day of the order being placed and are sent via Royal Mail First Class post (1-2 working days).

Guest books: Made to order and are despatched within 3 working days.  They are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post (1-2 working days) and will require a signature upon delivery.

Occasion stationery: Made to order and is usually despatched within 21 days.    P&P for Occasion Stationery is FREE OF CHARGE (subject to minimum order requirements) and is sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded post.

When ordering multiple items, unless you are otherwise notified, the complete order with be despatched together.   Please note the longer despatch time applicable will apply.

P&P Charges: These are calculated automatically for each order and can be viewed as soon as an item has been added to your basket if you are a registered customer, or once you provide a delivery address if you are a new customer.

Our P&P charges are calculated as follows:

 Product Single Item Additional Item
Greeting Card £1.00 £0.25
Guest Book £3.50 £1.50

 

When consolidating postage the higher single item postage value is used and the other products are added as additional items

For Example
1 greeting card = £1.00
2 greeting cards = £1.00 + £0.25 = £1.25

  2 greeting cards + 1 guest book  =   £3.50 + £0.25 + £0.25 = £4.00

  

Returns & Refund Information

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please notify us via our contact us page and return the item within 14 days.   We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are in their original condition.  You must pay for the cost of returning the item and are responsible for their safety in transit.   Please obtain a FREE proof of postage from your local Post Office so that you can claim if the items become lost in the post.

Please note; we do not accept returns on personalised items, unless they are faulty or damaged in which event we will replace the item as per the original order or offer a refund.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or faulty or are unsatisfied with your item in any way, please contact us within 7 days and before you return the item, we will not refund postage on items returned to us without prior notification.
