Using or purchasing from the Nimanoo Cards website confirms you agree with the terms and conditions as outlined below.   Please read them carefully.

1. Cards & Guest books:- Every greeting card and guest book is individually handmade by Nimanoo Cards.   As is the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variation in texture, positioning and colour on each design but this will not effect quality of the product you will receive.  All materials, including envelopes and card boxes will be chosen from stock if the particular envelope, card box or other material shown in the card image is not available at the time of purchase.

2. Ordering:-  You can buy products from us online by clicking on the Add To Basket icon which is displayed next to each product.   This will add the item to your shopping cart.  Once you have finished shopping, you need to click on the checkout icon to proceed to payment.  

You may purchase our products using your credit or debit card . Our payment service providers, PayPal and Nochex, provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, PayPal Account or Personal Cheque.

When paying by Personal Cheque your order will not be dispatched until the Personal Cheque is cleared.

For your security, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption is used for all sensitive data, the SSL certificate details can be viewed by clicking on the padlock icon on your browser while on our secure shopping cart checkout, and the payment card processing area which is handled by PayPal or Nochex.

When placing an order with Nimanoo Cards you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

3. Prices:- The price payable for the goods you order is as detailed on our web site at the time you place your order.  We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.

5. Returns & Refunds: If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you should contact us to arrange a return. Our returns policy

7.  Website Use:- We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of our products on the Nimanoo Cards website, and can change the descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
